There is not much to say that hasn't been said before. technically, it's still the same, Maya+Photoshop.
The background is a mix beetween 3D and paint.
A lot of post process, for one of my worst scanline render ever...
I wanted to play with photoshop for this one, and not spend one more minute fixing stuff in renderview.
