This picture belong to a serie i'm starting, called "nuits américaines".
I start from a daylight photo, cut and past stuff, arrange things, modify proportions, etc... Then i switch it to a night lighting.
Then it's all about overpainting it. You wouldn't recognize the original reference man!
Pretty fast compered to 3D based pictures, less than a day.
